The decision to accept a law firm as a specialist firm is made by the board of ESELA, who may seek evidence of the social enterprise advisory credentials of applicants for specialist law firm membership.
Specialist law firm membership is for two years only to reward specialist member law firms who are supportive of ESELA at its inception.
It is currently anticipated that, after two years, ESELA membership categories will be reviewed.
Any law firm is able to be a general law firm member of ESELA.
