During our transition to a new membership structure, some of our membership categories are being phased out.
Many of the outgoing categories are replaced with equivalent memberships offering the similar benefits at a similar pricing level. Each member will be receiving an email explaining the options available to them and, where necessary, inviting them to select an alternative membership type.
Where a member has renewed their membership within the last 12 months, and their membership category does not have a direct equivalent in the memberships available from 2019 onward, the subscription fee already paid may be applied towards the new membership category selected. Alternatively, the member may request their membership be discontinued and they may apply for a discretionary refund to be made for the remaining months of the membership. Where a member has not paid a recent renewal subscription for a membership category without a direct equivalent from 2019 onward, this will not apply.
